Customer Experience Specialist – BathWorks of Michigan

Be the voice that guides customers through their bath remodel

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Location : On-site, Byron Center, MI

Pay : Starting at $20 / hour

BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing bath remodeling company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower transformations. We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to guide homeowners through their projects and make sure they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do :

Talk with customers daily — answer questions, give updates, resolve concerns

Coordinate schedules and project details to keep things on track

Work with sales, operations, and installation teams to deliver a smooth experience

What We're Looking For :

Outgoing communicator who loves working with people

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable making and receiving phone calls

Full-time schedule, M–F 11 : 30–8 : 00
