Job Title : .Net Developer Location : Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement : Hybrid Client Industry : Banking Duration : 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion) About the Role : We are seeking a motivated .Net Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in .NET Core and C#, combined with an excellent, willing-to-learn attitude. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, translating requirements into design documentation and delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core (3.1 / 6 / 8), C#, LINQ, and SQL. Create and maintain design documentation to support development and knowledge sharing. Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in applications. Work in an Agile / Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. What We’re Looking For : 3–5 years of professional experience as a .Net Developer (not looking for more than 5 years). Hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6, or .NET 8. Minimum 3 years of experience with C#. Strong knowledge of LINQ. Proficiency in SQL. Ability to create design documentation from business / technical requirements. A collaborative, positive mindset with an excellent, willing-to-learn attitude (as important as technical skills for this team). Compensation : Hourly Rate : $60 – $65 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
