B2B Content Writer

smartdept. inc. is searching for a B2B Content Writer for a real estate investment and development client. The ideal candidate will come with 25 years of experience in B2B content creation within the real estate or related industries. This is a part-time fully remote ongoing contract opportunity averaging 1015 hours per week.

The B2B Content Writer will support the companys partner-facing communications creating high-quality brand-aligned materials that communicate investment opportunities partnerships and corporate messaging.

What Youll Do :

Write edit and refine B2B content such as partner catalogs pitch decks and presentations.

Develop compelling and professional LinkedIn posts and other social media content tailored for investors and business partners.

Collaborate with internal marketing and leadership teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategic goals.

Translate complex real estate and investment concepts into clear engaging narratives.

Maintain consistency of tone style and message across all B2B materials.

What Youll Need :

Strong background in B2B content strategy and writing ideally within the real estate or investment space.

Ability to craft engaging professional content for both digital and print formats.

Excellent communication organization and collaboration skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Education / Experience :

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field preferred.
