CNC Programmer

Detailed Tasks :

  • Work with Operations Manager and CNC Production Team to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improvement CNC programs, set-up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.

Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.

  • Participate and Drive continuous improvement efforts.

    • Via training and in-house efforts.

  • Client uses Featurecam and Fusion and they just got ESPRIT - so the ability to leverage these tools is key.
  • Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs on 3-5 Axis CNC Mills and Lathes.

    • Profile :

  • 3+ years experience - strongly prefer build to print, low volume environment
  • Ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Expert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.

    • Featurecam, Fusion and / or ESPRIT software skills is a must along with GD&T skills and knowledge.

  • Associates or Technical Degree is preferred / not required.
  • Compensation :   DOE - $35-42 / hr - $75-85K Range
