Minimum Requirements : 1+ years of experience as a Cath Lab Nurse. Level 1 STEMI Cath Lab-diagnostic / interventional cardiac and peripheral cases. Cath Lab Registered Nurse-Circulate Cath Lab Cases as well as taking STEMI Call, circulates diagnostic and interventional cath as well as peripheral cases, utilizing shockwave, laser atherectomy and impella supported cases

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission :

Current MS RN License - compact allowed

Current AHA BLS

Current AHA ACLS

Resume with full work history, no gaps

Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months

Drivers License

EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)

Final RTO or any scheduling requests (cannot exceed 7 days)

Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
