About the Role :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and the ability to accurately enter and manage data. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play an essential role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Perform accurate data entry into company systems, databases, or spreadsheets
Maintain and organize digital and physical files
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and front desk operations
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle basic office tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and mail distribution
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous front desk, receptionist, or data entry experience preferred
Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
