Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives provide support for PruittHealth Medical Supply. CSR will be responsible for supporting and performing tasks and communication related to processing orders, invoices, credits and product services.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned
- Maintains knowledge of products and offerings for PruittHealth Medical Supply
- Able and responsive to customer questions concerning products, pricing and order status.
- Keeps up to date on product changes, pricing, items and processing
- Knowledgeable with respect to Special Orders and Processing placing orders with vendors, follow-up, tracking shipments and verifying facilities receive products timely.
- Able to work with vendors and customers in a courteous and respectful manner
- Responds to facility regarding back-order reports, research, shortages and damaged item claims. Works closely with inventory control.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
- Microsoft office including Word and Excel
- PeopleSoft experience
Minimum Education Required : High School diploma
Minimum Experience Required : 3-5 years' work experience in customer service or a call center environment.
Additional Qualifications :
