As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your routine patrols and visible presence will be key in providing reassurance and support, alongside delivering exceptional customer service and communication.   • What You'll Do :
  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and / or identification as required by site-specific protocols.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal and client requirements.
  • Remain visible and approachable to provide guidance, information, and support to employees, clients, and visitors as needed.
  • Minimum Requirements :
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Being at least 21 years of age is required.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
