Responsibilities :
Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to refresh in-app content for key features including P2P payments, referrals, cash back, and budgeting.
Lead a full review and rewrite of app content in the lead-up to and during our native app conversion - ensuring clarity, continuity, and a cohesive customer voice.
Contribute to the next evolution of our client content approach and help define our broader content strategy.
Support exploration and sourcing of third-party financial education content partners to enhance our educational library.
Continue supporting new feature work post-conversion while helping shape the long-term content model for the client line of business.
Qualifications :
Strong experience writing for consumer fintech, banking, or mobile app environments.
Skilled at simplifying complex topics with warmth, clarity, and consistency.
Comfortable collaborating across product, UX, and marketing teams in a fast-moving environment.
