Location : Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health (Fresno, CA)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends (flexible scheduling)
Starting Rate : $20 / hour

We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute engaging, meaningful experiences that bring people together — from team-building events to community outreach and everything in between.
What You’ll Do
As our Event Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind a variety of internal and external events. You’ll collaborate across departments to create experiences that support our team, celebrate our milestones, and strengthen our ties to the community.
Primary Responsibilities
- Team Building & Staff Engagement : Design creative morale-building initiatives that foster connection and collaboration among staff.
- Company Celebrations : Plan and coordinate internal events such as company parties, staff appreciation days, anniversaries, and birthdays.
- Event Coordination : Manage logistics for a variety of events, including setup, scheduling, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Business & CEU Events : Organize continuing education seminars, professional development opportunities, and business events.
- Community Engagement : Lead events that promote community involvement, DEI initiatives, and inclusive culture-building efforts.
- Trip & Travel Planning : Book hotels, transportation, and accommodations for conferences, staff trainings, and off-site events.
Requirements :
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, administration, or a related fieldExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with tools like Google Suite, Excel, Canva, or event software a plusHigh attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for creating memorable experiencesValid Driver's License / Clean Driving RecordWhy Work With Us?
