As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , you'll :

No Insurance Experience? No Problem!

If you have a proven track record in sales (any industry) and exceptional customer service skills, we'll provide all the training you need to excel in the insurance world.

Entry-level applicants start at $36,000 base salary + commissions (average first-year earnings $86,000+ ).

Already Experienced in Insurance Sales? Even Better!

If you're already licensed and experienced, you'll hit the ground running.

Experienced applicants start at $38,000 base salary or higher, with top performers earning $150,000+ in commission last year. Our very best exceeded $200,000.

    Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, texting, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Requirement

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Prior Sales Experience is required in another industry if not already licensed.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required.
