PNC Mezzanine Associate Position
PNC Mezzanine, a private equity affiliate of PNC Financial Services Group, is seeking an Associate to join our team. Since our inception in 1989, we have actively invested over $2B of debt and equity capital in over 100 middle-market platform companies across a wide range of industries. Our current portfolio of nearly 30 companies includes minority and majority positions in industry leading middle-market businesses across North America. The Associate will be based in Pittsburgh, PA and will work closely with the firms other investment professionals. Primary responsibilities include :

Pay Transparency Details : Base Salary Range : $85,000 $125,000 Salaries for this role may vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and education. This position is incentive-eligible, with performance-based bonuses tied to company, business unit, and / or individual results. Incentive opportunities can reach 100% of the base salary, with typical target ranges between 25% to 100%, depending on experience and performance.

Base Salary : $85,000.00 $125,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
