job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAct as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details. Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing. Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Ensure all client records and policy documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Maintain organized and detailed files for easy retrieval and reference. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our company. Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and address any concerns or issues promptly. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products to clients. Assist clients with the claims process, including filing claims, gathering documentation, and liaising with insurance carriers. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory outcomes. Communicate with claims adjusters and underwriters to expedite claims processing and resolution. Stay informed about the range of insurance products offered by our company, including coverage options, exclusions, and limitations. Educate clients on their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, benefits, and potential gaps. Provide recommendations and advice to clients on insurance products and coverage enhancements. Licensing : Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License. Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. Experience : No prior insurance sales experience required, though it's a plus. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Customer-Centric : Strong desire to provide exceptional service and meet customer needs. Entrepreneurial Spirit : Ability to develop a client base through networking and outreach. Team Collaboration : Willingness to work with a team while maintaining individual objectives.

Salary Range :
- Base Pay + 50% New Bonus Commission ($65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year)
