About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Finance to provide strategic and operational leadership across a wide range of financial management areas. This includes financial planning and budgeting, accounting, procurement, cash and debt management, investments, endowment operations, and grants and trust administration. The successful candidate will also lead the change management process for a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, guiding the organization through a significant transition. Key responsibilities for the role include overseeing all financial management aspects, leading the implementation of the new ERP system, and partnering with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies. The AVP will be expected to manage the company's treasury operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders. Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA and / or master's degree in a related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in financial management, accounting, treasury, or procurement operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams through organizational and systems change, including experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
