Position : Program Specialist Reset Diversion [1425]
Program : Amarillo, Texas – Reset Diversion
Salary range : $52,020.80 Annually
Shift available : Full-time

Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
- Will conduct crisis responses and coordinate with individuals utilizing (Reset) Diversion Center, with those at risk of experiencing a crisis episode
- Will conduct comprehensive life needs assessments, taking into account needs as viewed by the individual, present service providers, LEO and significant others in a timely manner
- Provider skills training using evidence-based curriculum
- Will spend 50% of time with individuals being served in (Reset) Diversion as well as other crisis platforms
- Will maintain same day next day documentation requirements and a 95% or higher compliance average for all individuals served
- Executes prudent action in emergency situations and will help team members when individuals need crisis response or other diversion-based services
- Performs other essential functions and tasks necessary to carry out the purposes of the position
- Will maintain a positive working relationship with LEO's, in-patient facilities, TPC staff and all other stakeholders
- Will conduct follow-ups in the community, assessing for safety, completing mental health status exams, and providing appropriate referrals as necessary.
- Will aid the Program Manager in guiding and leading team, facilitating daily duties, overseeing staff scheduling, training and developing staff
- Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and / or business standards defined in the code are compromised
Required qualifications to be successful in the job :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialingThree (3) years experience of behavioral health case managementExperience in working with individuals in crisisGraduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experienceWilling to work weekends, flexible scheduling during the weekThis is not an 8-5 position; 10-hour shifts 4 days a week will be standardEmployees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
