Description of Position

This position entails performing the functions

of a nursing assistant whose duties involve various patient-care activities and

related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs

and comfort of patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

High

school diploma, or equivalent, required. Completion of nurse aide

training course preferred; recent experience (within past two (2) years) in an

acute-care facility or skilled nursing facility preferred; or any combination

of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills

and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential

functions of this position. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

required, with retraining once every two (2) years.

Starting Hourly Rate  $22.64
