Compensation : $32.62 – $48.93 / hr depending on experience. Shift differential $3 / hr.

Overview

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy in Coral Gables, FL. This full-time position focuses on upper extremity rehabilitation and functional recovery. You will be part of a collaborative rehabilitation team within a large hospital system recognized for excellence in trauma, surgery, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized hand therapy for patients with surgical, traumatic, or chronic conditions.

Develop treatment plans to restore strength, function, and mobility.

Educate patients and families about therapy goals and home programs.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to safety standards.

Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and staff education.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current Florida OT license.

Minimum 1–2 years of hand therapy experience.

BLS certification required.
