Human Resources Manager Hubot - Tri-Pac, Inc.  a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an experienced  Human Resources Manager   for immediate addition to our fast growing team.  Job Description :

• The Human Resources Manager is a multitasker, customer oriented professional with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and build relationships at all levels in the company.
• This position will be responsible for both tactical and strategic Human Resources Management, including all aspects of Employee Lifecycle, such as Talent Acquisition, Orientation and Onboarding, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Total Pay, Administrative Routines and Continuous Improvement.  The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department that includes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and managing the recruitment and selection process.
