Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive with a strong background in Healthcare SaaS solutions, particularly Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and staffing agencies. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and a consultative selling approach to position our ATS as the go to solution for healthcare recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target healthcare organizations needing recruitment and talent acquisition software solutions
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics to leadership
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Talent Pathway
  • Communicate effectively and deliver consultative sales presentations

Qualifications :

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare workforce, hospital systems, or workforce management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a fast paced environment
  • Cold calling, prospecting, and territory development experience
  • Negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events
  • Passion for innovation and technology in healthcare
