The Purpose of Your Role

The purpose of the Healthcare Project Manager role is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects by aligning resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining the highest standards of client service and project performance. This role is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement, and supporting organizational goals through effective project leadership.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent years of work experience.
• 3+ years of proven project management experience, ideally within healthcare or client-facing environments.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service and client account support; specific client experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; certification in project management disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in project management software (, , Asana, Jira).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
