Processing Services Print / Mail Equipment Operator I

Job Title

Responsible for accurate and efficient printing and processing of internal and external client and bank-related correspondence while ensuring deadlines are met and efficient operations are maintained on automated processing equipment. Diligently work to mitigate risk exposure and protect client confidentiality while ensuring compliance with the Truist Information Security standards.

• Independently process client mailings using a variety of automated equipment while following guidelines and requirements in order to be in compliance, maximize discounts and optimize service.
• Perform quality checks on client mailings, documents and envelopes on a routine basis according to documented procedures.
• Reconcile diverted and damaged pieces. Research out-of-balance pieces and implement appropriate corrective action.
• Complete and maintain with accuracy any documentation for any required logs, dual control tasks and forms.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with management on topics such as inventory, meeting deadlines, reporting and escalating potential production or quality issues and recommendations on improvements.
