We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Controls Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background or education in HVAC, electrical, or automation who want to build a career in the building automation industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, learning how to install, configure, and service BAS equipment in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, wiring, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Support integration of HVAC equipment, sensors, VFDs, and BMS controllers
• Learn programming and troubleshooting of Reliable Controls systems
• Perform field testing, documentation, and customer support tasks
• Travel to job sites within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
