What You Will Do

• Define and manage program scopein partnership with Customer Solutions leadership, including creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structures.
• Develop and maintain program schedulesusing Gantt charts, analyzing critical paths and intersecting milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and execute testing plansby identifying business requirements and validating new tools or technical solutions.
• Lead change management effortsby analyzing team-level impacts, developing risk response plans, and addressing resistance.
• Estimate and allocate cross-functional resources, define roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback to functional managers.
• Create and implement stakeholder engagement plansbased on expectations and requirements analysis.
• Develop and execute communication strategiesfor program teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Incorporate end-user feedbackthroughout the project lifecycle to refine scope and communicate updates and decisions effectively.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, including experience guiding senior leaders and cross-functional teams toward aligned decisions
