Prospect Development : - We provide you with Leads and automation systems. All you need is to be able to call & establish the clients trust and follow up for the close.

Training and development - We have the Tools , CRMS , Scripts and role play videos to allow us to convert you into an A Player Sales Producer!

Quota Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis. Make more $$ in Commissions above your base pay!

Requirement

Sales Skills : Strong ability to negotiate and close deals. ( If you like selling - you will be successful!).

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. ( We also train you ).

Licensing : ( We can help apply) .. Must hold a current California Property & Casualty Insurance License. We have great support on this.

Experience : Prior experience in any sales type position preferred.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.

Negotiation Skills : Demonstrated experience in negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.
