Licensed Mental Health Professional

JOB DEFINITION :

Work with the CN Guidance Critical Time Intervention Team to deliver services within an evidence-based model that is time limited, phase-based care management approach focused on enhancing continuity of care during transitional times. The Mental Health Professional resolves clinical and rehabilitative needs to meet the individual's recovery goals.

• You will receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000, provided you remain employed in this role in a fulltime capacity for 6 full months.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical / Masters Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. Limited permit permissible.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Two years' experience working with the chronically mentally ill (Masters level).
