DAILY EXECUTION EXCELLENCE : Arrive at the job site promptly to ensure project timelines are met. Follow the lead of the assigned Lead Technician on the project. Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any loss or damage. Keep the work site clean and safe. Perform demolition tasks, including drilling holes, cutting drywall, and removing frames. Conduct water extraction as needed. Set up and take down equipment as required. Someone who has… Be self-motivated and hard-working, while possessing excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Availability for on-call rotation and the ability to work all hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by projects. Willingness to develop strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead teams. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Have an acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
