Technical Program Manager - Product

Summary :

Join the Meta Product Technical Program Management (TPM) community as we innovate technologies that connect people and businesses on a global scale. As a Product TPM, you will operate at the intersection of technical execution and business strategy, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams. In this role, you will drive meaningful impact through measurable results across various initiatives. You will define and oversee high-level goals and roadmaps, monitor and communicate progress, and outline functional requirements for new products and features.

This position involves influencing technical strategy and executing on company-wide platforms and services across Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Reality Labs. Your collaboration will span teams focused on Ads, Business Integrity, Commerce, Business Messaging, Privacy, Social Impact, and more. This posting represents various full-time roles available across the company.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage comprehensive technical product solutions while ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional products and programs within a matrix organization.
• Assist in defining the roadmap and long-term strategy for the teams you work with.
• Establish metrics to measure impact and promote internal process enhancements.
• Communicate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones effectively.
• Work collaboratively to envision and build state-of-the-art global products for Meta.
• Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure on-time execution, along with day-to-day coordination and quality assurance.
• Identify dependencies and strategize mitigation plans.
• Collaborate swiftly within a flat organization, partnering with technical program managers and engineers to enhance execution and develop solutions for privacy and security at scale.
• Maintain regular communication regarding planning, project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.
• Bridge connections with product and infrastructure teams to address adoption challenges and advocate for purposeful development and privacy / security product adoption.
• Drive product decisions in alignment with broader company initiatives.
• Exhibit a strong sense of execution and ownership within the team.
• Establish shared goals across product teams to build unity among cross-functional groups and scale products for Meta.

Minimum Qualifications :

Public Compensation :

$134,000 / year to $196,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
