We’re seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our growing clinic in the heart of Fair Haven, New Haven, CT — a neighborhood rich in culture, resilience, and community spirit.
Our clinic is rapidly expanding and proudly operates under a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. We also run several Connecticut Court Support Services Division (CSSD) programs, including FVEP (Family Violence Education Program) and Explore (Batterer’s Intervention Program).
What You’ll Do :
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health staffOversee service delivery for both children and adults with mental health and substance use needsEnsure compliance with CCBHC, CSSD, DPH, and other licensing / contractual standardsProvide mental health services to a small caseloadSupport staff development through coaching, training, and reflective supervisionCollaborate with local agencies, schools, and service providers to improve community wellnessContribute to a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented environmentConduct quarterly reviews of charts and track compliance with goalsTrack financials based on service deliveryIdentify areas of growth and implement services to address the needs of the clientsAttend leadership and stakeholder meetings as requiredOther tasks as developed with Director / Behavioral Health teamWhat We’re Looking For :
Fully licensed clinician in Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)Bilingual in Spanish / English strongly preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience working with both children and adultsKnowledge and experience in mental health and co-occurring substance use disordersPrevious supervisory or leadership experience in a behavioral health settingA proactive, community-minded professional excited to build partnerships and lead growthWhy Join Us?
