We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this long-term, part time (10-15 hours / week to start) contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and supporting organizational operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and maintain controlled environments, including workstation setup and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
  • Manage on-premises servers, Active Directory environments, Exchange systems, and Azure cloud infrastructure through regular updates and monitoring.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security measures, ensuring devices meet organizational information security standards.
  • Administer mobile device policies using platforms like Intune, handle software installations, and provide technical support for hardware and software.
  • Facilitate IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless access management for employees.
  • Collaborate on project and client integrations, providing technical support for internal initiatives and partnerships.
  • Monitor and manage camera surveillance systems, network configurations, and wireless equipment deployment.
  • Review and update documentation to enhance workflows, security protocols, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular backups of system-critical data, ensuring redundancy and secure offsite transfers.
  • Provide emergency IT support as needed, resolving critical incidents promptly.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Dell Technologies hardware.
  • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and Intune for device and application management.
  • Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and customization tasks.
  • Solid understanding of virtualization, cloud storage frameworks, and mobile device management.
  • Relevant technical certifications such as Apple, Cisco, or Dell are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to provide after-hours support for urgent IT incidents when required.
