Job Description :
- Serve as the first point of contact onsite at main office location and contact center location for customers seeking technical assistance with all business related applications and technology
Imaging, deployment, and support of business related software to workstations and laptops - support includes troubleshooting installation or local configuration software issues
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end users
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Walk the end user through the problem-solving process
Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system
Escalate tickets to other team members as needed
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by end users to the appropriate internal team
Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures and processes
Required Skills :
Proven experience as a Help Desk technician or other technical support role.Good understanding of computer operating systems (Windows 11), mobile devices, office automation products, antivirus products, remote control software and standard desktop applications (MS Office and Adobe Reader)Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong customer service skills.Experience working in a Help Desk environment and providing desktop supportHighly organized and detail oriented.Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.Required Experience :
Experience using Monday.com ticketing system.Basic knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting language.Basic knowledge of networking.Basic knowledge of VMWare or other virtualization software.Basic knowledge of Linux operating system.Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server.Basic knowledge of Genesis call center technology.Basic knowledge of Cyber Security technology.
