About the Role

Join our innovative team building secure, high-performance systems for cashless gaming and digital payments. While advanced C++ skills are highly valued, we welcome candidates with expertise in similar object-oriented, high-performance languages (Java, C#, Python) or strong full stack backgrounds. If you have experience in AI / Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow) or low-code platforms (Oscilar, Socure), you are strongly encouraged to apply even if your C++ experience is limited.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize secure, scalable back-end components, primarily in C++ or a comparable high-performance language for real-time payments, casino credit, wallets, and gaming features.
  • Design advanced SQL logic, stored procedures, and analytics for high-volume transactional systems.
  • Integrate with casino management, payment gateways, fintech, and compliance APIs.
  • Architect and enhance business systems using low-code platforms (e.g., Oscilar, Socure) as a substitute where deep C++ experience is missing.
  • Lead and contribute to projects integrating AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for example, embedding AI into business workflows or optimizing digital payments.
  • Ensure top standards for security, compliance, and data protection in regulated environments.
  • Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and technology teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion continuous improvement.

About You

  • 5+ years of back-end or full stack software development experience.
  • Expertise in C++ or a related high-performance object-oriented language (Java, C#, Python).
  • Track record in digital payments, fintech, high-throughput systems, or regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and large transactional databases.
  • Experience with modern architecture, design patterns, security, and compliance standards.

    • Bonus : Experience with business systems for casino / gambling, digital wallets, originations, or cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).

    Bonus : Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

    Highly Desired

  • Demonstrated experience with AI / Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) or AI integration into business systems.
  • Experience with low-code development platforms (such as Oscilar or Socure).
  • Full stack capabilities and a willingness to work across the stack if needed.
