The Construction Manager plans, supervises and coordinates all tasks in the building process, ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements :

Requires the ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day in a confined quarter of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally operate construction equipment.  Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits :

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $77,349.00 - $115,275, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor / living, etc.), and operational considerations.
