Accounts receivable clerk

Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk. We are looking for a highly accurate and proactive professional skilled in B2B collections, cash applications, or reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience utilizing major ERP systems like NetSuite, Dynamics365, or SAP to ensure timely and precise processing of payments and accurate ledger maintenance. work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Cash Applications & Reconciliation :

Perform high-volume, accurate daily cash applications (checks, ACH / wire, credit card) to customer accounts within NetSuite, Dynamics365, SAP, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Execute professional B2B collections strategies via phone / email to manage aging accounts and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements, ensuring accurate billing details, including BSB or other bank payment information.

Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports and collections status updates.
