TalentAcquisition SourcingManagerisa senior role within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team responsible for shaping and executing inclusive hiring strategies that supportan environment ofbelongingfor individual will collaborate with Line of Business (LOB)culture andinclusionleads. They will recommend and implement initiatives such as inclusive sourcing strategies events and community partnerships while influencing TA delivery teams to adopt best practices. This role will also serve as the lead for recruiting events and external partnerships focused on advancing inclusive hiring and representation.
The Mgr II Talent Acquisition leads / manages a team of specialists in the development / design / delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies and programs for a portfolio and / or specialized function and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.

Education & Experience :
