Summary

The Manpower Scheduler supports the hiring process for the Company's craft labor, coordinates manpower needs between various projects, BURGs and Regions, anticipates and recommends solutions for scheduling conflicts, and may collect and / or enter time. Maintains good co-worker relations.

The Manpower Scheduler will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his / her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. • Schedules Craft Labor and Equipment
• Partners with Payroll to Ensure Co-Workers Receive Accurate Compensation
• Participates with Craft Recruiting and Hiring
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training / Certifications

Requirements
