Mechanical Engineer with 5 to 10 Years of experience in Design and Development.

• Should be familiar with plumbing system design using standard and custom components used in high purity gas and wet chemical processing equipment (valves fittings etc.)
• Mechanical engineering expertise while focusing on design quality reliability effective cost and ease of manufacturing
• Experience in Package plumbing components per P&ID Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) using standards and procedures.
• Define mechanical design specifications based on customer requirements and company capabilities
• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years SolidWorks experience and Well versed with AutoCAD.
• Should be skilled in standard drafting practices in SolidWorks including part detailing and tolerancing (ANSI Y14).
• Experience in Engineering change management and release process
• Provide hands on assistance and support to the manufacturing team
• Ability to read and understand Plumbing and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
• Experience in designing equipment used in a cleanroom environment a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively written and verbally.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel.
• Should have experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX SAP or similar MRP systems.
• Education requirements : AAS Mechanical Engineering curriculum with applicable industry experience BSME preferred.
