Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting August 25-November 26 at their Corporate Health center in Columbus, GA. Provider will see ages 4 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, annual physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in a Primary Care specialty and have 3+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. Current detailed shift needs are August 25, 27, 28, & 29, September 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 24, 25, 26, & 29, October 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 23, 24, 27, 29, & 30, and November 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21, 24, & 26.
