ESSENTAIL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Assist LO with building loan applications for past clients
- Review loan application and confirm missing information
- Pull and review credit reports, order credit supplements, and complete rescores
- Request, monitor receipt, and review borrower documentation for pre-approval
- Work directly with underwriting to resolve issues prior to pre-approval
- Deliver the loan to Operations for processing
- Review conditional approval with the Processor
- Answer Sales-related questions for borrowers throughout the process
- Review and approve Closing Disclosures
- Follow the V.I.P. Mortgage processes and team specific processes
- Other duties as assigned
