Job Summary / Description :

FOX, KVVU Las Vegas, is looking for an experienced assignment desk professional. This position requires at least years of assignment desk experience in a television newsroom.

Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated depth of experience in the following :

• Effective daily planning and deployment of all news department field resources
• Fast and effective response during breaking news situations
• Ability to conceive and put together coverage plans for major events
• Actively contribute to daily assignment discussions with quality enterprise and coverage ideas
