We are currently in search of an Integrated Wellness Clinician for the District Alliance for Safe Housing (DASH) . The is a full-time, hybrid position based in Washington, DC . This is a permanent assignment.

SALARY : $90-100k / year

The Integrated Wellness Clinician supports the mental and emotional wellness of program participants by providing trauma-informed therapeutic services and clinical supervision to direct service staff. This individual is embedded within either the Community Housing or Intake & Residential Programs and plays a central role in care coordination, crisis response, and ensuring survivor-centered, trauma-informed service delivery. The Clinician will provide individual and group therapy, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, and partner with external providers to support participants' behavioral health needs.

Our Ideal Candidate :

• Master’s-level licensed Social Worker, Counselor, or Psychologist with an active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LMSW, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) in DC.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience , including 3+ years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health or social service setting.
• Eligible to provide clinical supervision in the District of Columbia.
• Deep experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other trauma.
• Skilled in trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and strengths-based care models.
• Collaborative and strategic; able to work with Core Service Agencies and external mental health providers.
• Experienced with both individual and group therapy, crisis support, and wellness education.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in clinical documentation, program evaluation, and care planning.
• Culturally responsive and committed to inclusive practices.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Amharic, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or ASL) are a plus.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required unless exempt.
