Compensation :

90,000 - $155,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

Please note that this is a sales position!

  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust
  • Assess individual financial needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
  • Offer a suite of products including life insurance, retirement planning, and legacy strategies
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and local community outreach
  • Convert leads into loyal clients by demonstrating the real-world value of our offerings
  • Be dedicated to continuous learning through ongoing training, staying current on financial strategies, and improving client service skills
  • Qualifications :

  • Passion for helping others and building a purpose-driven career
  • Business-minded spirit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary
  • Prior sales or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to obtain a state Life and Health license (fully sponsored training available)
