Pay Rate : $40 / hour (for 40 hours weekly)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in an outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outpatient or urgent care environments proficiency with Epic EMR and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient or ambulatory setting under supervision of RNs and physicians.

Record and maintain accurate patient information including vital signs medical history and current symptoms.

Assist healthcare providers with physical examinations diagnostic procedures and minor treatments.

Administer medications and immunizations per provider orders following appropriate safety protocols.

Perform wound care dressing changes suture and staple removal and other basic clinical procedures.

Collect and process laboratory specimens (blood urine cultures) and perform venipuncture as needed.

Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked sanitized and maintained for patient visits.

Communicate effectively with patients and families to support education and care understanding.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Licensure : Active Tennessee LPN License (or compact state equivalent).

Certifications :

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR

Prior experience in Outpatient Clinic and / or Urgent Care settings required.

Strong communication multitasking and patient-interaction skills.
