Customer Engagement : Support customer interactions, acting as a liaison for technical and business queries to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
Project Assistance : Contribute to cybersecurity business planning and coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions and enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Basic understanding of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
Proven track record in team management and strategic planning, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
This role is expected to evolve into leading the launch and delivery of cybersecurity services. This person will play a key role in shaping its execution.
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification required.
