  • Team Building Coordination : Lead hiring and retention strategies in collaboration with recruiting and sales teams to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Service Oversight : Monitor existing service delivery quality, develop status reports, and escalate issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Improvement : Identify operational enhancement opportunities, support implementation, and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Service Development Support : Collaborate in the development of new cybersecurity services, with the expectation to grow into a lead role for service launch and delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Apply cybersecurity knowledges, analyze security operational processes, and create relevant documentation. Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement : Support customer interactions, acting as a liaison for technical and business queries to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Project Assistance : Contribute to cybersecurity business planning and coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions and enhance overall service delivery.
  • In-depth Technical Knowledge : Stay up to date with new security technologies and emerging threats.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Basic understanding of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
  • Proven track record in team management and strategic planning, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • This role is expected to evolve into leading the launch and delivery of cybersecurity services. This person will play a key role in shaping its execution.
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification required.
