Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $350,000+

Position Overview
The Center Medical Director (CMD) serves as both a practicing physician and clinical leader, overseeing all medical and operational aspects of the center. This role combines hands-on patient care with strategic leadership of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, value-based care.
The CMD is responsible for optimizing clinical performance, fostering a collaborative care environment, and driving patient outcomes consistent with the organization s mission and standards.
Role Details
Patient Population : Medicare-aged adults with chronic conditions
Model : Value-Based, Team-Centered Primary Care
Transportation : Complimentary transportation for patients (within designated radius)
