A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an

HR Assistant

Position Type : Fulltime – Contract

Location : Newport News, VA 23607

Duration : 12 Months

The ideal candidate will have :

Performs a variety of general personnel / clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education / training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity.

Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports.

In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and / or agencies.

Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.

Required :

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and / or experience.

Being able to multitask in a high-volume environment, customer focus driven, detailed oriented.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : $23 - $26 hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
