Essential Functions :

• Support the full range of HR operational initiatives, ensuring completion of assigned tasks
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with onboarding activities
• Assist the Learning & Development team through completion of enrollment and coordination of training programs
• Coordinate and support the new hire feedback session process; documenting, summarizing and presenting feedback, action items and survey results
• Support HR Business Partners through open position requisition preparation, process documentation and organization chart generation
• Other duties as assigned
