Job Description

The Estimator Responsibilities :

  • Project bidding, scheduling, risk analysis for new projects
  • Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
  • Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Estimator Candidate :

  • 2-5+ years of Estimating experience in the construction industry
  • Strong background in large-scale projects (preferred)
  • Proven experience managing public / academic / K-12 construction projects (preferred)
  • A track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
