Job Summary :
As a Field Sales & New Business Development Associate, youll be responsible for driving new revenue by developing relationships with local businesses and managing strategic inbound leads. Youll work both independently in the field and collaboratively with our in-house team to deliver high-impact signage and visual solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visitsRespond to and convert inbound sales inquiries into long-term customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their signage needsCollaborate with design and production teams to deliver customer-focused solutionsTrack sales activities and manage leads using CRM toolsMeet or exceed monthly sales and performance targetsQualifications :
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage, printing, or marketingExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong self-management, time management, and organizational abilitiesComfortable with outside sales and face-to-face meetingsValid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredBenefits :
