Job Description

Position : Sr. Net Revenue Analyst

Facility : McLaren Health Care

Location : Flint, MI

Shift : Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)

Start date : 12 / 22 / 2025

Salary Range : $80,000 - $105,000 / year (dependent on education and years of experience)

Job requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area. - Required.

Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area. - Preferred.

Three years experience in a progressively more responsible reimbursement or finance role with reimbursement responsibilities. - Required.

Net Revenue and / or Cost Reporting experience - Required.

Home Health and / or Physician Group experience - Preferred.

Kodiak RCA experience (formerly Crowe) - Preferred

MBA or CPA - Preferred

Progressive management experience. - Preferred

• Preffered states- AL, AZ, AR, GA, IL, IN, KY, KS, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI, WV.
• In state employees in office once a week; out of state employees in office twice a year for 3 days at a time.
