job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop and maintain BLIT documentation : user guides, process flows, RACI matrices, standards, and knowledge materials. Conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize insights into findings, challenges, and improvement recommendations. Create and manage operational artifacts in Confluence or similar repositories. Support evaluation and coordination of low-code / no-code tools (Replit, Lovable, PowerApps, ServiceNow App Engine, etc.). Assist with vendor coordination, EA reviews, OIS security assessments, and POC demos. Ensure alignment with DevSecOps pipelines and CI / CD practices. Ensure BLIT lifecycle alignment with SAFe Agile practices (PI Planning, demos, I&A). Participate in Agile ceremonies and validate business readiness. Track BLIT progress, pilots, and solution delivery for leadership visibility. Support communications and change management across VPUs. Lead or contribute to BLIT Communities of Practice (CoP). Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. 10+ years experience leading full-stack application development teams. SAFe Agilist Certification Mandatory PMP Certification Mandatory Cloud certification (AWS or Azure) Preferred. Hands-on experience with GitLab / GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins , CI / CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and analytics tools (PowerBI). Strong experience with product management or business analysis in business-driven IT initiatives. Knowledge of enterprise IT processes : architecture, security, governance, intake, and cross-team workflows. Experience with low-code / no-code platforms (PowerApps, ServiceNow App Engine, Replit, Lovable). Excellent coordination, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and ensure governance compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset. BLIT Community of Practice setup. Updated BLIT intake & prioritization process documentation. Stakeholder interview report and insights summary. POC findings & recommendations (Replit, Lovable, etc.). SAFe-integrated BLIT lifecycle documentation. Operational knowledge base and process repository. Final BLIT enterprise rollout readiness package.

Job Summary
The Business Analyst will support the implementation, scaling, and governance of the World Bank Group's Business-Led IT (BLIT) initiative. The role focuses on operationalizing the BLIT operating model, supporting intake governance, enabling business-driven IT solutions, and ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and enterprise delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Governance Support
- Implement and operationalize the 8-step BLIT Operating Model across Business, LoB, EA, OIS, and Shared Services.
- Facilitate intake, evaluation, and triage of BLIT requests (Innovation Sandbox, Self-Service, Purpose-Built pathways).
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Business Units, LoB teams, EA, OIS, product teams, and platform / infra teams.
- Support governance processes, including EARB, security reviews, procurement, and tool onboarding.
